Price guide

In the modern world of international travel, any price list is almost out of date as soon as it's published. Things change very quickly: currency rates, fuel surcharges due to oil prices, flight prices etc, and in addition special offers and discounts become available for a variety of reasons.

For this reason we now publish a price guide for each of our properties, which gives you the approximate cost per person of a 7 or 14-night holiday based on either high or low season, including return flights, airport taxes, fuel surcharges and transfers. High season runs from mid-December to the end of April and low season from May to mid-December. The guide prices have been based on the best fares found at the time of publishing, for the relevant seasons. Please note, however, that during school holidays and especially over Christmas, flight prices increase substantially.

The only way to get an exact tailor-made quotation for your holiday is to ring our expert staff for advice and a quote. They can explain details of latest offers, child prices, two-centre holidays, in fact anything you need to know about your holiday.

How to book your holiday

Telephone our UK office on 01373 814214 to discuss your exact requirements and to check the availability of flights and accommodation. Once you have made a telephone booking then send in the completed and signed booking form together with your deposits or full payment if within 10 weeks of departure, plus any travel insurance premiums.

After booking

When you have booked we will confirm your reservation by sending you a confirmation invoice, which will set out all the details of your holiday reservation. This will also notify you of the date by which final payment must be made. Should you have any queries or amendments after booking please call our Caribbean Administration team on 01373 814216.

How to pay

Most people prefer to pay by cheque drawn on a British bank, but we are able to accept payment by credit card issued by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Credit card payments will incur a 2% surcharge. Alternatively we can also take payment by Maestro or debit card for which there is no surcharge.

Duration of holidays

The price list covers one and two week holidays for the number of occupants stated. If you wish to stay for longer periods, or there are going to be different numbers of occupants, please discuss this with our office.

Large parties

We have a range of accommodation suitable for larger parties, please ask for further details.

Child discounts

Discounts for children are available at some venues at certain times of the year. Please ask for details.

Brochure price includes

Return economy flight from Gatwick, airport security charges and baggage handling costs, accommodation, bed linen and towels, tax and service charges, representative service & airport transfers. Our prices are intended to be a guide, but in order to take advantage of special offers we will always prepare your quotation individually. Please note that if the price of oil increases, it may be necessary to add an additional fuel supplement.

Overseas departure taxes

Clients will be required to pay a departure tax when leaving Grenada. The current charge is EC$60 per person (approx £16). Children under two do not pay. This must be paid in local currency or US Dollars at the airport after checking in. Prices are given as a guide but are subject to change and should be checked locally.

Hotels and B&B at Gatwick

Clients may be interested in overnight accommodation near Gatwick airport on the night prior to departure. We keep a small list of hotel accommodation and are happy to make our recommendations to you.

One of our favourite B&Bs is the family-run Waterhall Country House, which we have used for many years and offers free Gatwick transfers for guests using their parking facility.

Travel documents

All travel documentation i.e. airline tickets, accommodation vouchers, car hire vouchers, luggage labels, travel insurance policy, full itinerary and check-in details will be forwarded to you approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure. It is your responsibility to check these to ensure their accuracy. Local maps and information will be given to you on arrival.

Passport, visa and vaccination requirements

British Citizens need a full 10-year passport, valid for at least six months after your intended return date to the UK, but there is no visa requirement. Children under 16 (including infants) who are not currently on their parent’s passport will require their own passport. (Check the UK passport service at www.ukpa.gov.uk for further information). If any members of your party are not British Citizens or do not hold a British Passport, they must satisfy themselves as to any visa requirements by consulting the Embassy or Consulate of the relevant country. EC Nationals will be required to complete an Immigration Form prior to landing in Grenada. Forms will be provided on your flight. There are currently no compulsory vaccinations required, however we suggest that you always check with your local health centre or GP for the latest medical advice.
